We walked the length of Arch Street and found no trace of Rocket Fiz or the guide. Walked through China Town and round to the historic area which we visited anyway.

We’re sorry you were unable to locate us. The exact address was listed on your confirmation email - 302 Arch St. As the guide that day, I tried calling the number you provided but it was international and I was unable to get through. I remained with the group for 15 minutes outside of 302 Arch hoping you would walk by or call the number for our company which was also provided on your confirmation email. Unfortunately neither of those occurred. We’re sorry you were unable to find the starting location or the group of people who did.
