Tour operator showed up 45 minutes late to a 90 minute tour because he stated the original operator was in a car accident. Was about to leave when tour operator contacted me and stated to wait and would be there. Waited, went to one site on the tour and had to leave for previous engagement based on original timeline. Told operator and he said it was fine, to get in contact for another tour or refund. When I requested refund, it was denied stating that I had attended the tour, not true!!! Very unprofessional, do not recommend.
