This was an amazing experience. There were only two of us in the group so we got our guide, Tim, all to ourselves. He was very patient and encouraging. There is nothing like the view from a 250' tall tree! I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be back someday for the sunset climb!

Glad we could create some unforgettable memories for you two. Spread the word about our unknown unique PNW experience, we don't want your friends and family to miss out. It was great having you all out. Please do come back again another time to climb our other trees or sign up for the most adventurous sunset climb.

This is probably one of the most awe inspiring things I've done this year and I'm so glad I ventured out here! Leo, Brennan, and Tim were all very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly guides. The climbing itself was engaging and at times a little challenging but in the best ways. By the time we reached the top I was proud I'd made it up and relieved at how secure it felt relaxing up in the trees and taking in the views! If you have any inkling that you'd enjoy this kind of adventure, I highly recommend going for it! I didn't regret a thing and I will always remember how exciting it was to revisit the sense of wonder one feels so often as a child encountering new parts of nature. Getting to experience this as again an adult was worth every penny.

Very professional and well organized operation from sign-up to finish. Introductory email provided clear directions and information. And when I had a few more questions, I got clear answers prior to the day of our climb. Tim, our guide was great. He was clear in his instructions and very patient as our group consisted of 6 people from age 8 to age 70. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is that it took so long to outfit everyone in the group that we had only an hour to climb and only two people were able to get all the way to the top. Granted, it was a challenge for Tim as one member of the group was very particular and had to be outfitted with two different harnesses. Also, the 8 year old needed a special harness due to her small size. Tim was very patient, but it was a slow process to get to the main tree.

Thanks for the review! We appreciate the feedback. That can sometimes happen, which is why we suggest a private group if people want to go their own speed and fast. I am sorry you got an unlucky slow group. If you would like to climb again with a major discount to make up for your slower climb, reach out to us, we would be happy to accommodate you. Customer service is very important to us :) , glad you liked the climb regardless :)
