We requested a car for 3 people and their luggage. We got a sedan with a trunk that was not big enough for 3 suitcases. Our driver was only expecting 1 person. He said if they knew it was 3, they would have sent a larger car. My reservation shows 3, so not sure where the mix up was. We all squished in, with a large suitcase in front seat, and made it home! Our driver was on time, met us in luggage area. Car was clean. Will book with this service again, but not through trip advisor.

Our reservation was for a 0100 pick up time. Our driver who was nice did not get there until 0210, being an 1 hour and 10 minutes late. He stated he only received the pick up notification 2 hours prior. Other than being 1 hour and 10 minutes late everything was fine. Being this late placed a large amount of unnecessary stress along with not being able to eat before having to board our flight. When your going on your first family vacation in 3 years your looking for relaxation and fun not starvation and Stress. Again we did not blame our driver nor did we take our frustrations out on him, we even tipped him for his service.
