First of all, I only booked this ride because I was under the impression there would be a meet and greet; that never happened.
Second, I contacted Elife Limo several times [with no reply] over the course of 10 hours to arrange the meeting point, and did not hear from them until less than an hour left in my flight despite their website indicating they would make contact rapidly.
Third, they sent me my driver information during the aforementioned minutes of my flight, so I tried making contact with that driver, but was unable to reach him. Then, after we landed, I received a text from a completely different phone number and person than the one initially provided. This obviously caused additional confusion as I was trying to reach my driver on a different line.
Again, there was definitely NOT a meet-and-greet.
Fifth, we were picked up in a dirty (unwashed) minivan (not a "sedan" as indicated in our reservation), that (a) had a child seat that the driver had to move [despite having had ample time to prepare for our arrival] in addition to adjusting the seating settings and (b) worst of all, the drive took personal phone calls on her cell phone for 28 minutes of our ride (we saw her two Call-Time screens post-call).
This was the most unprofessional ride I've had... it worse than past UberX rides... which would have cost me $50-60 less!
Never again.
