The site was selling tickets but the boat line was not running, no prior information indicating we would not be able to board. So we lost the cost of the tickets plus transportation to and from hotel. I will repost if Viator is willing to reimburse me the $ 200 plus dollars Iā€™m out, and of course the BS I had to put up with from the wife ugh!!!!

My scheduled boat cruise owner cancelled my scheduled tour and Viator did not notify me of this problem/change or cancellation. We showed up to a leaving boat from another company. I messaged Viator yesterday (after this occurred) and as of a day later still no response from them. In this automatic and advanced communication age, I would expect notification from a company and am very disappointed and unsatisfied with aviators complete lack of communication on this issue. The only reason we found out of the cruise liner was because of staff from ANOTHER boat operator when we arrived for our scheduled tour at pier 36. Not happy
