Furthermore, Boulder Tour Company reserves the right, at their discretion, to ask customers to step on a scale to confirm their weight before allowing them the use of a Boulder Tour Company ebike. A ride evaluation with each rider will be performed by the tour guide prior to the start of the tour to determine each rider's participation eligibility.
Riders cannot exceed 265 pounds and must be at least 5'2" tall in order to sit safely on the bike's saddle and touch the ground with their feet

The bikes were a great way to tour around and see several sites without getting worn out. I have bad knees so I was pleasantly surprised at how well the bikes did on hills/inclines - very little extra effort and strain on my part! From the initial description of the tour I had hoped we would be getting a little closer to the flatirons than we actually did. Guides were very informative and I felt they did a good job of keeping all of us together and safe in the traffic.

As a first-time visitor to Boulder, the e-bike tour was a great way to become familiar with the area and learn about it. The tour itself was just over 2 hours, and Will was a terrific and knowledgeable guide. Highlights included a ride through the University of Colorado campus and Chautauqua Park. The bike trails themselves were paved and very easy to ride on. The e-bikes were extremely easy to operate and not taxing at all physically, even on the sometimes hilly terrain.

Absolutely highlight of our Boulder trip! 2 of us are 50 plus our 19 and 16-year-olds and we all loved it! Highly recommend making it the first thing you do when visiting because it was an amazing way to get the lay of the land and figure out all the different parts of Boulder from the beautiful Chautauqua State Park, to CU Boulder campus, to Pearl Street, to the Hill and so much more. From this tour, we decided how to spend the rest of our trip. The bikes were a BLAST and Steve the tour guide was fun, easy going, patient and interesting to chat with. He gave great overviews at the few stopping points so we learned a ton. Super well worth the money.
