Furthermore, Boulder Tour Company reserves the right, at their discretion, to ask customers to step on a scale to confirm their weight before allowing them the use of a Boulder Tour Company ebike. A ride evaluation with each rider will be performed by the tour guide prior to the start of the tour to determine each rider's participation eligibility.
Riders cannot exceed 265 pounds and must be at least 5'2" tall in order to sit safely on the bike's saddle and touch the ground with their feet

We had a great tour with Scott, seeing and learning about Boulder. The e-bikes were easy to use and very comfortable. I didn't realize at the time of booking that there was a height minimum to ride (5'2") and two of our party were too short to safely bike. The guide called the owner and he graciously refunded the cost of two guests.
