Driver didn’t help with bags, he didn’t open the door and he didn’t map a route until we were in the vehicle and driving. He still had trouble accessing so my husband took his phone out and started giving directions. Lastly, I told him the terminal number but he still went to a different one and had to turn around and go back

Thank you for your comments. I personally have talked to Rene, the driver and leted him know about your experience, We are very sorry about your experience basically is not what we promote, however, I was checking the GPS on your service and I saw that you were picked up few minutes earlier and made OK to the Port. For your information you were Rene's very first ride and he was super nervous and 1 thing we explain on the trainning is set the phone with the destination address prior the pickup and it missed up that part ended in providing a very regular service. Rene as today is a 5 starts driver with excellent reviews. Any way, if one day you plan another cruise over Port Canaveral let us be your transportation provider and give us another chance and I will make sure your driver help you with your luggage which is part of the job. Hugo was an excellent driver and host. Hugo was on time, great attitude, and plenty of smiles. Hugo also communicated when needed and I had no problem finding him at my busy hotel.

Our driver, Orlando Rodriguez, was absolutely awesome. Such a gentleman. Safe driver and courteous. It was nice to talk about family and life. We will be requesting him when we disembark from Port Canaveral on Saturday.
