Took parents on a vacation, and their mobility is week, so we chose to rent 2 mobility, scooters for them. We used a coupon code which brought the price down, and then we chose the damage waiver.
Needless to say, when we were ready to check out, the price on our sheet was correct. All to find out when we get back home that they did not take the coupon off, and they charged for the damage waiver twice.
When I called them, customer service to inquire, it took them three days of research to even tell me anything, and then I was told I was correct I was charged wrong, and even though the overcharge was less than my thinking, I figured why fight just give me my credit
Two weeks later, not seeing the credit, I called back, and itās almost like starting over again, and then, after 20 minutes and conversation, he finally says I see your refund was submitted, when I question, why does it not show, he says, let me send you an email give me 24 hours. 48 hours later still no email!
So when I call again, after about an hour on the phone, he says Iām not supposed to get a refund. So I have no choice but to dispute with my credit card. Totally unprofessional company I would highly recommend not to use them, go somewhere at the parks or somewhere else that offers scooter rentals, these people are not honest and you canāt trust what theyāre going to charge you. What your quote is not what you will be charged.
