We booked an electric scooter for my hubby an entire month early May 17 - prior to our outing during our vacation day on Jun 18th. I received the following email:

We are delighted to inform you that your order has been accepted by our local delivery partner in Atlanta, Daniel White. Your order is now confirmed.
This order will be fulfilled by Cloud of Goods partner Daniel White

Delivery Location: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Smyrna, GA, Church Road Southeast, Smyrna, GA, USA
Pickup Date: 06/18/2021

I explained that we will be needing the scooter for the entire day of 6.18 only since 6.17 was our traveling day to fly into Atl, Ga & check-in to our hotel.
While on my flight I received a missed call/voicemail from Cloud of Goods - after we landed I called back numerous times & just kept getting VM, so after leaving multiple messages & emails, I never got a chance to speak to a live person, nor any more returned emails or a damn text msg, no courtesy return call back.
This was very frustrating, unprofessional and it almost messed up my entire trip! I finally received an email on 6.20 stating that:
Your order(#55555) has been canceled by Cloud of Goods admin. Your credit card was never charged.

We hope to serve your rental needs in the future!
This was a nightmare! Dear Customer Happiness Team: I will never utilize this company again & will tell others (avid disabled travelers) about our horrible customer experience and your idiotic service.
