We had a great time today on the St. John's river. The weather was perfect and we saw lots of manatees. They were very friendly, coming up to our kayaks, rolling over and letting us reach out and touch them! My teenage nephews enjoyed the trip and my brother in law, who is self admittedly not an "outdoor guy", had a good time. Matt our guide was very informative.

We were so lucky with the weather, bright and beautiful, and not too hot. My husband and I were gifted this trip and since neither of us has kayaked before I was a little dubious. We needn't have worried, Matt was extremely patient and we soon got the hang of it… We saw lots of manatees, an alligator, and so much wildlife. Matt was very knowledgeable and pointed out various birds and talked in general about the wildlife program and other areas of environmental interest. Excellent in every way.

What a fantastic way to encounter some amazing creatures and take in the beauty of picturesque scenery. Matt was super informative and a great guide. This is our second experience with AIF and looking forward to a potential Costa Rica adventure!
