The tour was absolutely exceptional. Our tour guide was very good at giving instructions, my wife and I learned very quickly because of her timely directions. It was so much fun getting out on the water and having a day of adventure. We saw several manatees but most of them were sleeping so we couldn’t see as much as expected. Maybe different times of the year you could see more. Either way you’ll still have a good time. We learned a lot about different kinds of fish, our instructor was very knowledgeable about the area and we learned a lot, I strongly recommend, you will have a great day.

We were able to see manatees in the rooed off area, even though they were being lazy and didn’t come up to the surface very much. We saw several alligators, turtles, and native birds. Bill our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Before arriving I was a little sad when I learned that it was too hot, and most of the manatees already moved on, but we ended up still having an amazing time! Jimi and Guy did such a great job. They had a diverse group of kayakers and still made sure we all saw everything. I can’t believe how much they knew about all of the animals and plants. They even knew which gators would be sunbathing in each spot! All I can say is that when a crabby, overly exhausted, 11 year old (we just spent 4 days at Universal) leaves the tour and can’t stop talking about how awesome it was, you know it was a success. Thanks again, we will be back in January!
