Overview

The OGO (Outdoor Gravity Orb) is an 11 foot transparent sphere constructed from over 300 square feet of a special plastic, more than 1,000 little, special, plastic, anchors, about 600 multi-colored strings and endless hours of welding, gluing and tying (part science and part art) combined to make a beautiful giant OGO ball. It may look like a huge hamster ball, but it was made for those fun-seeking humans to enjoy a variety of activities in it from surfing, swimming, sliding, running, jumping and more. Here at the park, you'll be able to jump inside Our OGO and travel back in time, to when you were a kid again, just in the moment, having fun, enjoying life, smiling, and laughing while the OGO is rolling down our giant hill, with you and up to 2 other friends with you inside!

This should have been a great experience but it was ruined by someone not willing to try and figure out a resolution. For starters we were part of a party of six on July 22 and purchased the unlimited video package that was prepaid before our arrival to the park. When we arrived everything was explained to us that at the end of the experience all the videos that were taken today would be uploaded later on and sent out via email link. The link was sent out and there were only videos of only two couples and some other random people whom we didn’t even know. We called the next morning and explained to the staff person who answered the phone that we hadn’t received all the videos and they said they would look for them and call us back. We waited all day for a call and it was never made to us to let us know if anything was found or not so we decided to drive over to the park and speak with someone in person. The person who was left in charge for that day who’s name is Trinity didn’t seem to have cared to try and understand where we were coming from. It seems that she was getting frustrated with her baby whining and crying while we were talking and trying to figure out a resolution. We were told to call the manager Caitlyn who would be available the next day and speak with her about the situation. We called the next morning and asked to speak with Caitlyn and we were told that she was out of town and could not be reached. We are not asking for the whole party to rejoin us on the experience or even asking for a refund we just want the experience for myself and my husband just for the video.

As stated, Kaitlyn was out of town for a funeral, with not the best service. Reguardless of the lack of being there, worked hours attemping to get the delayed uploading videos expedited for you! Your videos were not missing- just still uploading! Due to safety regulations, we could not let you ride- as much as we'd love to do that for you! We did not feel like risking anybody's safety- especially for a video. We know sometimes technology can be frustrating- it's just as frustrating for us! We apologize that the delay in uploading created a situation where our staff was unable to assist in the manner you wanted. We strongly believe that safety comes first- which was the final verdict! In reguards to other guest's videos, a guest placed their GoPro into your basket! We're sincerly sorry that this increased your frustration! We hope this brings you some clairity! Kids in the group all gave it a 5 star review and said they would go again (ages 12,12,8) despite some rain and a bit of a wait. It was a lot of fun going down and an experience like I’ve never had. I thought it was a bit pricey for the short ride down and long wait but the facilities were well kept. No showers but they have changing rooms and you get soaked.
