Group of friends came out March 5 for the tier 4 package. Max the range Instructor was very helpful and made the whole experience much better. I appreciate his patience with some members of the group. Thank you.

So I just moved here from NYC this was a new experience on mountains and cliffs my friends came to visit and this was the highlight of their trip hard but then you get the hang of it but I must say TREVOR oh my god he was amazing the staff over all are amazing but Trevor went above and beyond for us he was very patient polite and understanding he is also very knowledgeable he literally handled 4 girls that knew nothing and helped us on his very own and I don’t mean helped as in guiding us to do certain things he understood when we were to scared to back up he went and reversed every atv and utv for us running up and down mountains for us this was beyond great customer service that was family for that moment lol TREVOR NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!!! Definitely coming back to learn more and get use to this but I’m asking only for Trevor he made me feel safe lol. So if your thinking of doing this I say go for it just be careful the unguided sometimes are not nice but the staff handles them accordingly lol
