Our tours are great for everyone and any age. Riders will experience a one of a kind Ebike tour throughout the historical part of Mount Pleasant. Riders will see more on the ebike than you would in a weekend on foot. It is a fun way to see all popular film sites from popular Netflix series Outer Banks all while riding an e-Bike. Guides will make sure to take pictures and videos of your group and make sure you are comfortable riding around on our e-Bike. We take routes where riders will see street lined Spanish Moss trees, dolphin sitings, shrimp boats, potential filming, gorgeous water front homes and many more! Do not miss out on this hidden gem of a tour! Tours can be merged in groups or private.

What To Expect

Rebellion Roads E-Bike Rentals & Tours

Once riders check into our shop, we will start to set up each rider with helmets, bikes, locks, and chargers. A tour guide will explain the eBike before riders start their tour. Once everyone is settled and feels comfortable, tour guides will get the group together and depart from location. Riders will ride by different filming locations from Netflix show Outer Banks as well as some scenes from The Notebook. This tour is perfect for any visitor looking to see the local side of Charleston life with a dash of Hollywood. The tour guide will take complimentary photos and videos of the group having a blast. All ages and experience are welcome.

Pitt Street Bridge

Mount Pleasant

From Pitt Street, riders will head pass Kiara's house. This residence is among the fine example of southern style & history. Kiara's folks have good taste on Outer Banks and locally.

Shem Creek

Riders will ride down the board walk running beside the water of Shem Creek. A popular film site of Outer Banks At this point there will be a opportunity for restroom break.

Sullivan's Island

From Shem Creek riders will head out to the Sullivans Island which is the filming site for the famous Welcome to Outer Banks Paradise on Earth & the pilot episode's opening scene!

We took the Outer Banks eBike Tour, OUTSTANDING! Charleston South Carolina This tour took us on an adventure through the picturesque filming locations of Netflix's hit, Outer Banks. And one stop for the Notebook movie. Our guide was the owner of the company rebellion e-bikes. Riders stroll the low country just like real life kooks & Pogues. As we ride, we pass through Old village, where we saw the Kildare County Sheriff's office and Kiara's house from the Show. In Shem Creek you see the actual restaurant "The Wreck" and Playboy shrimp boat that was featured in the show. At Breach Inlet on Sullivan's island. Throughout the tour, our experienced guide shared fascinating stories about the making of the show and insider information about the actors and crew. This tour is perfect for anyone - you don’t have to be a fan of the show.

I booked this e-bike tour because the driving one I found was sold out the past two months, and luckily this one popped up, as I kept checking for availability. Well I am so glad the driving one was sold out! The e-bikes were so fun, and it was a wonderful way to see Mt. Pleasant and all the OBX spots. Dylan was a wonderful guide, and even went over the two hours that was allotted, taking us to all the show spots, but also sharing some history. My teenage daughter and I both thoroughly enjoyed the day. And side note - we had never been on an e-bike, but these were really nice ones, easy to use, and fun! Thank you Rebellion Roads!
