We had a great afternoon. I would advise a power-assist bike for the big hill to the canyon. The guides are great!! just do it :)

Thank you! Yes, the bike and hike tour does have a steep hill as it leads up to the hiking trailhead. The payoff is the view!

That was simply one of the best outdoor activities I’ve done in years! And it wouldn’t have been half as wonderful had it not been for our guide—Anita. She keep us engaged throughout the three and a half hours we were with her. She added all sorts of information about the history of the area and how the Indians lived here and survived. And, of course, she pointed out interesting facts about the nature, ecology, weather and plant life that we wood never have known. The hike after the initial 3 mile bike ride was stunning and leisurely—a respite after the last steep uphill mile. Fortunately, Anita offered my wife the option to use an electronic bike and this made all the difference in the world for her ride. Still quite a bit of exercise, but totally do-able without struggle. In sum, we both absolutely loved it.

I am so happy to hear the kind words about Anita. She is one of our newest guides so I am glad to hear that she is keeping up our tradition of excellence. Thank you for being a Big Wheel customer!

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing tour with Captain Ron as our guide. He is so knowledgeable of the Native American culture and took time to share his knowledge with us. Easy to book and they were easy to work with. Strongly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a little bit of both biking and hiking. The last incline was a bit harder than I anticipated so if you are not a strong rider you may want the assisted bike. Definitely would do another tour with them. Thanks Monica and Ranjan

Thank you Monica and Ranjan! Ron does make that tour come to life and I believe that hiking and biking are the best ways to explore that area. Hope to see you again!
