This was our first panic room experience and we loved it! The young lady explained everything with detail and although we were horrible at it she kept us going by giving us additional clues. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great besides the beginning with going up 16 flight of stairs to get into the place because the elevator was down. If you have any disabilities or leg/ankle problems i would call first to make sure the elevator is working

Thank you for your review! We apologize for the inconvenience of the elevator being down to get to us on the 4th floor. We feel the same way, however the owner of the building (not us) is in control of this issue. We are trying to be patient as they are working on it.
