Complete mid representation of what is offered and how you need to complete it. I don’t know if this is a tour operator error or a trip advisor error but it’s gravely disappointing.

We booked the full day tour. The tours were great but the communication was terrible. For example we arrived at the Everglades and did not know what to do next. We then went for the boat ride and didn’t know where to go. The last bus ride was late by 30 minutes. If you book with them, advocate for answers as they do not present them very well.

I joined this program, which was originally supposed to include three activities, but the open-top bus and bay cruise were missing. They ignored my complaint, handled the issue very poorly, and had a terrible attitude. There was also false advertising. I advise others to think carefully before purchasing.
