Knowing we have limited time in Miami prompted us to maximize our experiences in the most comprehensive way, hence the reason why we picked the Best of Miami Combo. We read and followed directions on where to meet and what was included in the combo but what it failed to mention was how to get from one activity to another. After getting off the bus from the Everglades, no Big Bus rep was there to explain to us where to get on the Hop On Hop Off Scenic Tour. Luckily we stayed at and hung around at our drop off stop until we saw the open top bus and asked the driver how and where to go to catch the Bay Cruise. Unfortunately, because it was late by the time we reached the stop where we needed to go for the Bay cruise, the last cruise has already left leaving us stranded and very frustrated. The good thing about this is we were issued a voucher to redeem the cruise the following day. However, if only there were clearer instructions on how to transition from one activity to the next, we would have been able to do all 3 events at the intended time it would have taken.

so sorry to hear about the confusion about where to pick up the Hop on Hop off bus from stop 3. there is supposed to be a CSR at stop three, I am going to look into why the rep wasn't at the stop. I am glad to hear that you did get to take the Bay cruise the next day

We booked the Miami and Everglades combo through trip advisor as we had one day to spend in Miami. We were really excited for this tour but very disappointed on the day. After arriving at the bus stop, nobody turned up for 45 minutes. We tried calling the company on multiple times and it just went to voicemail. I called Viator customer services who also could not contact big bus who are the tour operator. After an hour, big bus did arrive for the hop on hop off tour (which is the tour they offer without the Everglades add on) There had been traffic and a crash on the highway which had caused delays. This would’ve been fine if the customer service had been good at any point. However, the tour operators who arrived were rude and dismissive. They were particularly critical that we had booked through TripAdvisor rather than direct with them. They rudely informed us that the tour to the Everglades would be cancelled and that we should go to Tripadvisor for a refund. They did not offer us an alternative. This was an incredibly poor experience with inadequate communication throughout. I would not recommend booking with this company.
