I would like to clarify that the boat driver and his assistant were awesome! (Dan and Amanda) Super nice and made our trip pleasant. But the older tall man with longer hair working the booth was absolutely atrocious. He was very rude, impatient and unprofessional. He should not be allowed to interact with people. We scheduled a trip for 11am and came 30 minutes early. I told him I was waiting on my friends and they would come shortly. He reacted very rudely and became impatient even though we were early. I told him to take someone before us and he refused. I was also unaware that boat drivers required a tip so when he told me that, I said we would have to go grab our wallet out of the car. He started rolling his eyes and grunting. Even though we still had 20 minutes until our scheduled time. If this guy was not there, the trip wouldā€™ve been a 5.

I'm very sorry to hear you had such a hard time with the shore side aspect of our operation. I'm afraid the booth worker was overwhelmed, and having a bad day, but that is no excuse for his unprofessional behavior. I can reassure you that is not the experience we are trying to share. This particular case has been confronted, and I have communicated to everyone the necessity of a pleasant experience from start to finish for a positive, and most importantly, safe activity. I hope we have the chance to share it with you again! Best Regards, Patrick
