This was so much fun. Highly recommend upgrading to the 400’ and double toe dip. The crew was great. The view was fantastic.

Our reservation was cancelled due to weather conditions. I understand that. I called Viator and called the Parasailing company about getting reimbursed. Never got my money back. I would NOT recommend either company!!!

Curtis, I am sorry to hear that you have experienced any difficulties with cancelations/refund due to weather. We as a company at Ranalli do not have access to your payment info to issue the full refund when booked through a third party. We always approve the third party to issue these refunds when mother nature takes over the day. If you are still having issues with these please feel free to call us and we will further look into getting your refund in full, from the third-party booking company. Wow. What an amazing time!! The captain was very skilled and personable. He kept us all laughing and entertained the entire time. So fun, we even saw a huge hammerhead shark while in flight. I highly recommend this to anyone .
