My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Courtney. She brought to life the architecture and history of Benefit Street with well researched information and great stories. Courtney was charming, engaging, and we learned so much about Providence's interesting past. Definitely recommend!

This tour was fun and informative. Our guide had so many exciting stories, which made it very entertaining. It differed from some tours, where the guide checks notes for each stop. It also ties history to today, and you can see the impact of the people and places that she talked about on the current city.

I had a really great time on this tour—the guide had unique and interesting stories from multiple centuries for various houses and buildings along Benefit Street. You learn about the founders and the Brown family and others into the late 1900s. The costume just added to it all! Highly recommend!
