‘Tis the season to YO HO at Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud Christmas Show! ‘Jack’ up your holiday spirit in our woodsy, back yard ‘Decked out halls’ and sing along to original tunes of the season inspired by folklore of the forest. Enjoy holiday twists on over a dozen sporting competitions including speed climbing, sawing, log rolling, and more. Sip on some hot chocolate, unwrap your inner flannel and cheer the Dawsons and McGraws on to see which family will spend Christmas at Santa’s favorite logging camp in the Smokies!

The high energy show features lumberjacks from all over the nation! Heckling, booing and cheering are encouraged; but be warned, too much smack talk and you may end up on the stage competing against the professionals! These lumberjacks are not actors – they are actual world renowned lumberjacks with quite a resumé.

The show was great but I wish the mask was enforced. People continue to ignore the Virus and with all the encouragement for the audience to yell out exposure is eminent. Again, the show was great !

We found this show to be fairly diverting. It consists of two teams performing various lumberjack related competitions, with the audience divided and assigned to root for one team or the other. A significant portion of the show consists of slicing segments of log (referred to as"cookies") with chainsaws. These are distributed to the audience as souvenirs. There is also axe throwing, pole climbing, and log rolling, along with some corny jokes, mostly well-delivered. Paula Deen's presence is felt in some pre-show and intermission voiceovers, but the venue also sells buttercream soda pop in her name; we found it unpleasant to drink. The show is not in the same location as her restaurant and only snacks are sold. Though we found the show enjoyable, once in a lifetime is probably enough.
