Worst tour experience ever!!!. A guy named Jayson from Aloha Sunshine tours calls to say he wants to rebook our tour to Friday because we are the only ones booked on Thurs. when I told him we already had other plans on Friday he said let me call you back. Next thing I know he is asking for our birthdays and my email and says he is putting us on another tour that will be even better because it will also take us to the beach at no additional cost.I specifically asked if this included everything that our original booking had? He said yes and again that it was better. Well it was anything but better. My poor husband carried around a backpack full of snorkel equipment and change of clothes and towels as suggested, well we never saw a beach. We were picked up by Uber driver who also questioned Jayson about why he was taking us all the way into town center if we were going to Pearl Harbof. Jayson was just as short and arrogant to the Uber driver as he had been with me. Jayson insulted me by saying I booked the wrong tour. When I provided proof of my original booking, he later blamed trip advisor for booking wrong tour. We were placed on wrong tour bus and when I asked driver if tour was going to PH, Shelly says that we are on wrong tour. We were put in touch with a guy named Kentucky and he then came to pick us up on side of diamond head mountain. By this time I was in tears because the dibacle kept getting worse. Thank goodness for Kentucky and Kahuea who vowed to take care of us and even secured tickets to Uss Arizona for us. They were the best and can’t Thank them enough for their caring and kindness!! Our time was cut short at Pearl Harbor and on tour which was just so disappointing!! We paid over $900 for this tour and got totally ripped off. Jayson and all his excuses left a very bad impression and I feel he should reconsider working in this industry. Sincerely,
