Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time or impose a capacity restriction on the boats. You are able to use the standby line to try and get on the boat to the USS Arizona. Please accept our apologies in advance. In such cases, there will be no refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, the Visitors’ Center and park monuments as well as the Honolulu City Tour. The duration of the tour stays the same!

Free Pickup at your Hotel in Waikiki - Drive through Waikiki before hopping on the Highway to get to Pearl Harbor. Your Guide will give you ideas where to eat, drink and relax - Please feel free to ask what you like to know!

Pearl Harbor National Memorial

After the ~30 minute drive from your Waikiki Hotel to the Pearl Harbor National Park, our guide will show you the premisses. It will be easy for you to find the fastest way around and use your time efficiently. Where are the bathrooms? Souvenir Shop? Museums? Where can you get the Audio Guide? Where is the boat dock? When do you have to be at the Movie Theatre to be on time for the Pearl Harbor Movie and the Boat Ride to the USS Arizona Memorial? Everything you need to know - Your Tour Guide will answer all your questions.

USS Arizona Memorial

The boat ride over to the USS Arizona Memorial cannot be guaranteed! Pearl Harbor is currently operating the boat shuttles at very limited capacity due to dock damages. If we are not able to secure tickets, you will be notified ahead of time and you have the option for a refund or a discount. After the introduction you have enough time to visit the "Road to War" and the "Attack" Museum at Pearl Harbor. We highly recommend to purchase the Audio Guide - Different Languages available. The Audio Guide makes your Pearl Harbor Visit perfect. Our Tour Guide is happy to show you where to get it. Tickets for the boat ride to the USS Arizona can not be guaranteed.

The USS Arizona was closed, however the agency didn't inform us if we wanted to cancel the tour a day before, the tour guide handed us the tickets to go on the Arizona knowing that it was closed. She told us she knew. The park ranger said he didn't know why they was doing this. The tour guide was not very educated on the history. This was a waste of money I think I should get some money back

Unfortunately the Pearl Harbor National Park Service did not inform us early enough that day, to give us the chance to call our guests in advance and offer to reschedule. As soon as we fin out the National Park Service does not run the boat to the USS Arizona Memorial, we call and text every customer. Usually this happens one day in advance. As a courtesy we even give our guests the option to cancel - even though the tickets for the boat ride are not guaranteed (see description). As a courtesy we allow the cancellation within 24 hours of the tour start, because we want our guests to be satisfied with our Pearl Harbor Tour. All our guides are educated about the history of Pearl Harbor. To make sure the quality of the tour is always outstanding, every tour with DanielsHawaii.com has a script. The many 5 Star Ratings of our tour show, the guides are knowledgeable about the history of Pearl Harbor and Hawaii. We understand the disappointment about the suspended boat ride, but we do not have control over it. As others have said it was basically an expensive form of transportation. Our guide provided history and narration as we drove to Pearl Harbor to look outside the the Iolani Palace, so my qualms are not with her. I should have paid more attention to the description and realized that there was not a tour of Pearl Harbor included. It was essentially a way to get to Pearl Harbor from Waikiki with a short stop to look outside Iolani Palace. I would just pay for an uber XL and go to Pearl Harbor to walk around the museums,

Mahalo for your review. We are happy to clarify things. 1. No tourguide is allowed to give guided tours at Pearl Harbor National Service. This rule applies to EVERY tour company that does Pearl Harbor Tours. It’s unfortunate, but the regulations at Pearl Harbor only allow Tourguides to give an introduction at the park. 2. Why UBER XL is not the same Probably the most important difference - DanielsHawaii can get you tickets to the USS Arizona, UBER drivers cannot. You mentioned it in your review - the guide narrates the whole tour. Going to Pearl Harbor you learn about the interesting facts and highlights of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Our drivers are trained and know facts about all the stops and spots on the tour. The stops on the tour include the King Kamehameha Statue, the I’olani Palace, Pearl Harbor National Park and we pickup and drop off free at any hotel in Waikiki. You will also learn about interesting facts about Waikiki as you drive through. The ALOHA tower and its meaning to the people of Hawaii is another landmark we talk about. There are lots more spots to enjoy and learn about. 3. Some of the differences to UBER - our guides are trained and know the history of Pearl Harbor and the sites you get to see / most UBER drivers won’t know this - you will be transported in a spacious vehicle / biggest sized UBER vehicles are Mini-Vans - we give an introduction at Pearl Harbor national park / UBER drivers are not allowed to do that - the guide gets out at every stop to explain to you what you see / UBER drivers will not - we can get you tickets for the boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial / UBER drivers are not allowed to As you can see, comparing a tour to an UBER doesn’t really make a lot of sense. We agree, if you only want transportation to and from Pearl Harbor, UBER is one of your options. If you like to have a more interesting experience, want to learn something and make the most out of your day at Pearl Harbor National Park, a tour to Pearl Harbor is the best way to go. We would be happy to show you Pearl Harbor, the I’olani Palace, King Kamehameha Statue and the Hawaii Five-0 headquarters and many many more interesting spots and stops on our 5-Star rated Pearl Harbor tour. I had a great time on the Pearl Harbor experience! I brought my children's granny on a trip here to Hawaii just as a thank you! She enjoyed this trip. Our tour guide, Cameron, was amazing. He remembered our names and called us by name. He was flexible with our times and explained a lot of the history of Hawaii to us, pointing out many landmarks along the way! I really enjoyed him and the experience overall. It was great not having to get in and out of a bus with a bunch of people, especially in a COVID world!
