The Memorial and USS Missouri were great however the if your booking a Tour through Karma Tour Hawaii choose another company and save yourself the hassle. The only one in the whole group that knew what was going on was a young woman by the name of Koki. They sent a vague text message saying they would pickup from the hotel when I ask where they say tour operator will contact me never did. They where a half hour late and Bruce had to drive like a bat out of hell because he was late my Fiance' almost fell out of the seat several times. The other guys who weren't very helpful I believe their names where Lance and Antonio I believe don't know much about them except the one guy kept repeating himself and no one told us where to go after we went over to the Memorial and they were nowhere to be found when we where boarding there where a lot of confused people. This group was very rude, unprepared, and late. With the exception of Koki and I again I'm sorry for getting frustrated with you but this tour group is awful. Even when I called they gave me the run around and said they would call me right back they never did because they knew the driver was on bs he even lied to the other two guys about where he was at. Also that Lance guy was very confrontational when I told him this was one of the most unorganized groups I've ever experienced and for the price it really shouldn't be ofcourse they give you every excuse in the book and blame a lot of stuff on Covid but in all honestly this company is really bad. The owner even came out and gave us a ride back for the second half not really sure why but hey at least we got back to hotel sooner. Just a honest opinion go to the memorial but find a different company to take you there I saw a whole bunch of other groups there and they helped me and it looked like they knew what they where doing so once again Avoid Karma Tour Company they will bring you nothing but BAD Karma!

I have visited the memorial 3 times and it’s emotionally impactful each time. I am grateful for the people who gave their life for our country. It is moving that the soldiers who survived that day, decided to be laid to rest with their fellow crew members. The history at Pearl Harbor should be experienced at least once.

With Covid shutting down much of the tours, I was fortunate to be able to schedule this tour. I was the omly person on this tour which made it nice to have a personal tour sort of speak. It was also nice not to have the big crowds on the memorial so you can really get great pics with no body else in the shot The USS Missouri was still closed but my tour guide Koki gave me some additional sights like the Punchbowl, historic downtown Honolulu to see the statue of King Kamehameha and Pu’u Ualaka’a state park and it’s amazing views of Honolulu. Well worth it and my tour guide Koki was graet. I would highly recommend this tour. Thanks for a great day!
