As a guest on this small-group tour, you’ll receive transportation from the hotel, admission to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, and a complimentary viewing of the stirring Pearl Harbor documentary. You’ll also be escorted by boat to the USS Arizona Memorial before a tour of the USS Missouri’s ship decks and interiors. The tour guide called me 20 mins before my trip, telling me there were some issues with tickets, so I had to stay with another group or cancel the trip. I was supposed to be back at 2 in the afternoon, but they put me on a different group which ended at 5:20 in the afternoon, so I missed my 100 dollar cruise ship trip at 5:00 and TripAdvisor is not taking responsibility.

You can contact me directly or check with Trip Advisor and let them know the vendor that provided this tour would approve a credit back to you cover any missed tour since the tour got back too late. I believe we moved you from the Battleship Tour to the Complete Pearl Harbor Tour which included visiting 2 additional memorials at Pearl Harbor. Thank you.
