Punchbowl Crater is an extinct volcanic tuff cone located in Honolulu, It serves as a memorial to honor those men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces, and those who have given their lives in doing so.

Honolulu is home to some of Oahu’s most historic places. Next to the skyscrapers of the island main business district you will find important landmarks like the Iolani Palace, King Kamehameha statue, the Kawaiahao Church and the Aloha Tower. This area is also the seat of Hawaii’s government, home to the Hawaii State Capitol, Washington Place and Honolulu Hale.

I paid for a boat ride to see the USS Arizona and wasn't able to get off the boat to visit the memorial because another boat was stuck in the docking area. Me and my family were VERY disappointed and felt we did not get what we paid for. We could only take pictures of the memorial from a moving boat. Very disappointing.

We are happy that all people in that situation was able to get off the boat and leave Pearl Harbor safely. We feel this is an unfair review for our company because it was due to an emergency situation at Pearl Harbor. What one is paying for is the guaranteed ticket to get to the USS Arizona memorial. The pickup confusion, political speech from the tour guide, and extended unannounced “bonus” tour in the hills of Honolulu post Pearl Harbor? That’s all simply gravy.

3,000-5,000 people show up to Pearl Harbor everyday and only about 1,500 people are able to do what you did. Every other tour company puts their customers in the standby line for hours. Karma Tour Hawaii does not do that, and our guides take people on a tour of the city because it is a part of the itinerary. We feel this review is an unfair assessment to our company. We hope will give our small company another chance the next time you are in Hawaii.
