So much history. I suggest the trip especially for children. It was a plus that we had prearranged booking didn’t have to wait in line

I particularly picked this tour for today, my birthday, in honor of my father a World War II veteran. I was very excited about going to the Arizona, at Pearl Harbor, it did not disappoint. Was an amazing experience, very moving. However Karma Tours, in particular our driver Kenny, was horrific. We were initially given directions to be picked up at our hotel, but then that was changed to a different location all the way across Hawaiian Village. Our driver/tour guide Kenny started off the trip with hanging up on a customer who was upset because he missed his pick up. Kenny was belligerent to the customer, Offering no help or assistance, or referring him to the main company for further help…but we moved on. Nearly the entire trip up to the memorial was bereft of information of a tour like nature as Kenny didn’t really talk. So we did. On the way back down it was the same circumstance, so we chatted with our seat mates. As we drove through the national cemetery, quickly, Kenny yelled at us, after we made a question of him, this tour is over! The rest of the trip back to our hotel was in dead silence from all 12 of us. Kenny is very ill suited to hospitality work, as he may have ruined an otherwise wonderful experience.

The USS Arizona is a meaningful experience and well worth seeing. However, Karma Tour Hawaii is poorly managed. The information initially provided as to our pick up was incorrect. The pick up location was difficult to find and the directions were difficult to understand. And then our guide, KENNY, was ill suited to customer service.. He was rude, abrupt, and yelled at us. He provided no information, even when asked a direct question. We drive quickly through the National Cemetery and Kenny yelled at the entire group, "This tour is over." The 12 of us drove back to our hotel in complete silence. I will never use Karma Tour Hawaii again.
