Miss leading. They advertise this as a package with admission plus transportation. We found out once we arrived that it is free to see the memorial and the exhibits you can pay a $1.00 per person to reserve a spot on the boat that takes you out to the memorial. We didn’t need transportation because we were going to drive ourselves and park there. The day before we received a email stating that we have to be shuttled in. Total scam very miss leading. Cost us over $200.00 for a family of 4. Which should of cost us only $4.00 total. Oh yeah parking is free at the site. Do not book anything with this company!

We have taken tours with Viator for years and have never been more disappointed! The “tour” of Pearl Harbor was a 1 hour van ride with a recorded history of DDay. We were given a tour of the city and other landmarks NOT included in the description Then we were dropped off at the memorial and given a map not a tour, a map. We were given very vague instructions and sent on our way. The map was not marked just the map that anyone who visits, gets. We spent 2 hours in the park without a guide while other groups had a guide that was discreet and did not speak while in the exhibits. This tour was almost $200 per person for a narrated ride to and from the exhibit. The tour was marketed as a PRIVATE TOUR of Pearl Harbor. Not who! We would have done better to have taken an Uber. No wait it gets better…the theaters were broken and we were not told that the information would be played on a 72” flat screen television sitting in front of the movie screen.

Very good excursion… I highly recommend it. It’s a fairly short visit to Pearl Harbor, but enough time to see the main points. Our driver was fine and excellent.
