Ben was an amazing tour guide with wonderful hospitality. He treated us like family and took care of us. The museum and film were moving and informative. The virtual reality experience was terrific and we appreciated being able to do this as the USS Arizona memorial was closed due to repairs.

We were not forewarned that the Arizona monument was off limits…..and the VR was borderline pathetic recap of the movie. The movie should be in more comfortable surroundings
