We had a wonderful time. Having tickets ahead of time meant you skipped the long line! The transportation was so nice.

Our tour guide was wonderful. The man who answered the phone was terrible - did not share relevant information, acted like I was bothering him by asking questions about the tour and gave incorrect information about what to expect for pick up and length of tour. For that reason I would not use this company again.

Humu was very good but the value is very poor. Especially when I realized I could have driven there myself and paid nothing for the USS Arizona experience.
