Nice trip to the memorial, was able to visit museum and watch short film on Pearl Harbor. Just wish we had more time to spend at museum. Driver was courteous and informative

I want to make a complaint about this tour. What a misrepresentation of the tour. We paid for two tickets and transportation to Pearl Harbor. In reality the tickets are free but to throw more salt on the wound, we didn’t even get the free tickets and had to wait in the standby line. The tour lists tickets(We didn’t get) and a guarantee to skip lines(that did not happen as we had to wait in the standby line). My wife and I used Viator 3 times this past summer in the Czech Republic and we’re happy. Karma Tours should be removed from your approved tours and I expect a full refund. I rated this experience with 1 star because I was required to choose a star rating in order to complete the survey. I deserves the worst rating imaginable. My tour was scheduled for Friday October 21, 2022 but although I purchased 2 tickets at $100/ticket I did not see the US Arizona Memorial due to mechanical failure of the ferry. I contacted this company to request a refund of my ticket purchases and I was told that I would not receive a refund . I was told that it was the US Navy’s fault that I did not see the US Arizona Memorial. BYER BEWARE of a company that will not stand behind their sales. This company does not place the buyer on Notice that all ticket purchases are non refundable for inability of performance due to mechanical failure of the service provider. I DO NOT want any other buyer to have the RIPPED OFF FEELINGS that I am having. Please Do not purchase from a company with deceptive marketing and unfair trade practices. -Roderick James Louisiana
