This is not a knock on the wonderful tour guides and I understand tourism is Hawaiis #1 industry, HOWEVER, I booked this tour last minute because booking on recreation.gov was difficult...there was a construction crane that canceled the boat rides to the USS Arizona for the day, and although they said they would honor the reservation on another day, I literally went back the next day hours before my return flight and guess what? A scuba diver was below doing more work on the new dock and for a second straight day, boats to the memorial was canceled....having said that.....u DO NOT NEED a third party "tour" that's gunna cost yall and myself $99....take the local 20 bus from Waikiki for $3 and if u make a reservation 8 weeks in advance on recreation.gov, u will pay only $1 for your reservation tickets... OR u could just come and stand in the STAND-BY line without a reservation and STILL get on the boats (for FREE) ****IF there not delayed or canceled like the back to back days I went...and guess what folks....u WONT get a refund of your 80-100 bucks u paid through a tour company like this....Be Smart....ALOHA and Mahalo

Pickup time and actual tour time were not the same. The tour was too late and I had to cancel otherwise I’d miss my flight home. Cancelled several hours before the tour was supposed to start, and was told no refunds. Want to go back, but won’t be scheduling with this company

David was a great tour guide. The memorial was amazing. David showed us around the city and gave us some great history of the city. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
