Guarantee tickets? Nope. After I paid got text that there was only standby tickets with a wait in line from 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours with no guarantee. Was given option of cancellation with full refund. I canceled but as of yet no refund.

The staff are very friendly and informative. We must have missed understand this tour it was just transportation. The time was so short we had to rush through. My compliant is a month before found out someone wasn't going to be going on trip. I made Viator aware so they would only charge for the 2ppl instead of 3. They sent an email. Days before I inquired and another email sent. The day before when they called to confirm I asked about it and was told they didn't receive anything. (On a side note when they called they didn't evehave my name correct only phone number). Then when they actually looked they had received the 2 messages and would take care of it and refund me. Still hasn't been refunded. I've reached out since returning and no reply. Maybe this will get action!!

Great somber visitor...Arleine was the best driver/guide. Will definitely be back for another tour next time
