Booked this tour on trip advisor about a month prior to our vacation. Never received a confirmed pickup time and location from Aviator the booking agent or Karma Tour Company. We called the tour company the day prior to our scheduled tour and got no answer. We texted Karma as instructed in their voice recorded message and as of this review - no response. Aviator called and got no answer. According to information on the Trip Advisor site, our pickup was to be between 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.. So, the morning of our tour, we went to our hotel tour bus pickup location at 7:00 a.m. and asked if anyone there was picking up tourist for the Pearl Harbor tour. Our names were not on anyone's list. We called Karma Tours and got a message that they open at 9:00 a.m. We called Aviator, which by the way is located in Los
Vegas they called Karma and the got no answer.
Around 9:00 a driver shows up from Karma, but our names are not on his list either. He calls someone who tells him that they tried to contact us but got no answer. He gave a phone number that was wrong. They wanted to give us a pickup time of 11:45 which would have conflicted with other planned activities for that afternoon. Our morning was wasted. We called Aviator and canceled. Karma tours voice recorded message says "your pickup time and location will be confirmed by Email or Text between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 the day prior to your tour". They made no real effort to contact us. They had my email information and a good phone number when I I texted them the day before.
