Our tour was AMAZING!!!!! we had a full bus but our driver made it feel like we were all family we bonded over the tour and Talib our tour guide was funny and engaging and a delight I can’t wait to come back to California and do it again

BEST TOUR EVER! The experience started with Adam. This was a last Minute decision and I emailed him ( the company) 11:00 pm as I was getting ready for bed hoping I would hear back the next day sometime. Within 15 minutes I received an email back answering my questions and letting me know he would call first thing in the morning. We spoke before 10:00am and he could not of been nicer and more accommodating. He went way above and beyond to make things work for us to be able to take the tour! THEN.... we were lucky enough to get Alicia as a tour guide! What a class act and a plethora of knowledge. I was with 2 teenagers and she was incredible with them. She absolutely made their whole vacation! She was not only sweet and funny but throughout the whole day made sure she went out of her way to take them places AND STOP so they could get out and take pics. Our tour only had another 2 people who were lovely and enjoyed the the extra stops and information she provided. We NEVER were bored or ever wanted it to end.! The whole experience was phenomenal! I have traveled a lot with my children all over and this company and tour was by far one of our favorites! I highly recommend them. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR ALICIA. Couldn’t wait to give her a hug and really thank her when we said goodbye. She was wonderful. Customer service was just incredible from start to finish! Sometimes with covid and all the rules and regulations, personal service gets pushed aside. They did not miss a trick!!
