The tour guide Taleb was funny, fairly prepared and drove well but the bus (even if it was open, so, good to take pictures) was very very dirty (there was garbage from previous tours everywhere) plus I SAW JUST HALF OF THE THINGS THEY PROMISED. We were 10 people. The others were staying in LA and saw already everything and was their last day. They did not even have a camera. 5 girls were drunk after the break and just screamed and sang and really didn't care to see something. One couple was old and wanted just to sit. The other 2 women from Virginia didn't say a word because scared of their own shadow. I flew from San Francisco for 1 day to take this tour and see what they promised. And I didn't . After 1 hour traffic without seeing anything (we just heard Taleb making funny jokes about people on the street) we had 1 hour break!!...but we spent only 40 minutes on the walk of fame (and not 1 hour as promised!!) We did not stop by Rodeo Drive at all (we were supposed to stop for 30 minutes!!). The others went previously to Rodeo Drive and that was the last stop. So when Taleb asked if we should stop, the others were still deciding because it was chilly and he said: ok, we don't stop and literally flew away!! I asked him twice to stop because I paid for it but he said that the majority already chose!! I booked and fully paid in advance and I had to pay a taxi 75 dollars to see the things I didn't see with them (Rodeo Drive, Movie Studios, Bel Air etc) and then rush to the airport. They promised Bel Air but Taleb didn't even bring up the subject. I didn't see the hotel where Pretty Woman was located. We drove twice every spot, to go and come back or to drive by so Taleb kept repeating the same things. I did not see any Movie Studios or crime scenes or music venues or other things they listed (Bruno Mars, Al Pacino, Simon Cowell, Ellen Degeneres, Taylor Swift's houses etc). At the end I paid 114 dollars round trip ticket (SF-LA), 85 dollars for this HALF tour and 75 extra dollars for a taxi to see what they promised and did not deliver. Do you think I am happy? Do You Think I am satisfied? I don't think so. PLUS, at the end of the tour, I asked Taleb to wait a minute for the tip (anyways I was going to give him something) because I wanted first to share my experience with the boss but it seems that the office/store I saw at the beginning of the tour doesn't exist later. The guy at the counter didn't know who to call or what to do and Taleb became verbally aggressive and left leaving me there like an idiot. He drove everybody somewhere (hotel or else) and left me without even saying bye. Once home I sent an email with my feedback and asking what they were going to do to make better but I never received an answer. The site and the brochure say that if the customer is not satisfied, they return the money back. I can't even get an apology email.
