Don’t be fooled! This is NOT the van that will pick you up! our van that came to the hotel was extremely dirty and had TRASH from the participants the day before in it! We squeezed in and was told it was just to get to the office. Got to the office and told it was ours for 5 1/2 hours!!!!! my daughter could barely fit in the back with three grown adults and the operator insisted it was a four seater. Aggravated that the company was making no changes to make the customer happy - the couple seated with my daughter and son canceled and the company could care less! Our tour guide Bee was ok - she decided to change the time we spent at the farmers market vs the walk of fame and we didn’t get time to see all we wanted to at the walk of fame and needed to return. We saw more celeb homes and up to date using our own car and Google. Later when parking our car we found this dirty vehicle they claim to rarely use in our parking garage at our hotel. It was filthy.
