What To Expect

Our personalized tour allows your group to pick and choose whatever attractions are appealing to you. There are no predetermined places; your itinerary is custom-made by you. However, if you don't know where to begin, our guide will gladly give recommendations and help you complete your tour before departure. Time spent at each location is up to you as well but our suggestion of 10 min per location is given to insure your time is well-managed.

Our experience was absolutely amazing. Our driver Oliver is the definition of hospitality. He drove us to the Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, Wall Street Bull, the Levain Bakery - which seemed like the best in NYC, and anywhere else we asked him to go. At every location he offered and took our photos for us. Our booking was last minute and we are beyond grateful we selected Lux Transit Travel. Since we were so pleased with his service we even invited him to eat with us at La casa del mofongo 207. We were celebrating two birthdays in our group and he personally had desserts with candles brought to the table for them. Oliver went above and beyond for us, took us back to our pick up location and made the extra effort to then take us to the Living Room Bar at The W Hotel to finish off our celebration at the end of the night. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else because of his customer service.
