Philadelphia Ghosts of Philly Haunted Dark History Walking Tour

Overview
Our tour will take you through Philadelphia’s Old City – home to some of America’s oldest and most haunted buildings, roads, and monuments in the nation. “Old City” refers to the area of Philadelphia that was first established as a colony, an area that saw much strife, war, and hardships as the newly formed America fought for its independence. Old City Philadelphia has been continuously inhabited since 1702, making it the oldest residential area in the country – with some residents never really leaving.

James was very well prepared. He was knowledgeable about ghost hunting, the history and Philadelphia in general. He communicated well and checked in with all of the guests regularly. He wore a portable mic so everyone in a larger group would be able to hear him.

Our guide for the evening was Dragon, who provided a lively introduction of the not-so-live anymore in Philadelphia's Center City. He is a good story teller and obviously enjoys his work. Without spoiling the tour, he recounted the haunting stories of well known founding fathers, the rank and file of our early freedom fighters, and the sick and poor they gave their lives for. You'll discover why they can't - or won't - leave us. Hopefully, they don't find their peace and go on to their eternal reward before YOU get a chance to "see" them in the City of Brotherly Love!
