What a great experience we had with the Philadelphia Holiday Lights driving tour! Sure, you can sit at home and watch a Hallmark Christmas movie. Or, you can get up off the couch and have your own holiday experience! I live in the Philadelphia region, and I've been meaning to see the holiday displays in the city with my family for years. This private driving tour turned out to be a real revelation for me. It's the perfect way to enjoy a destination (even one in your own backyard) without having to worry about anything. Someone else drives, someone else navigates, someone else takes care of everything. We were driven all around the city and it was so much fun. The personalized experience made me feel like we were VIPs. Adam was a fantastic tour guide... polite, engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, and professional. I am very pleased with the experience he provided for my family and look forward to taking another tour with WeVenture!

We signed up for a Sunday evening tour on a very cold night! It was amazing. Adam, our guide, was friendly and so knowledgeable. We loved his stories about Philly- he's not a native but you would never know! We began by stopping at Smedley Street in South Philly, where neighbors put on an incredible holiday display in the center lawn, and every house is decorated. Next, we drove through the neighborhood a bit, enjoying so many classic Christmas window and house displays. The Miracle on 13th Street display was crazy busy, but Adam found a way and we were able to have a pass through to see the incredible displays at each house- some even had little fireplaces set up! A quick stop at Isgro's the best bakery in Philly and then a stop at Franklin Square for the light show. Finally, we jumped out of the car for a few minutes to visit the Portal- what a unique experience! It was a great way to get in the Christmas spirit and enjoy the city without worrying about where we were, driving in the crazy traffic, or stopping whenever we wanted to get out and stroll (not too frequently, given the cold!) I would recommend it to anyone!
