We used a different tour company in NYC and it was a mess. Loved this experience. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we got to see and stop at all the major sights. Git there a little before the first shuttle left which was smart. Super easy to trade vouchers in. Will definitely be using this company for all additional city tours! Great for even 2 teenage boys!
