The tour was very historical and informative The narrator, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable. He made learning about the history of Philadelphia enjoyable. The tour gives you a glimpse of the attractions you can go back and explore at your own pace

We booked this tour looking forward to our upcoming trip to Philadelphia. We would only be passing through for the day, as we were traveling onwards to Maine. On the way to Philly, we ran into car trouble. We were unable to make it on time for the tour and requested a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. The tour company denied our refund and said our tickets would be good for 6 months. I have no plans of returning to Philadelphia anytime soon, so this ticket is now useless to me. I am disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of understanding with this tour company.

The guide was great, the bus driver was great, maybe a bit more historical facts would be nice. The only snafu was getting our printed out ticket after we showed the code on our phone. We had to walk a block over to get that, and then ended up returning to our original spot...we had plenty of time so it worked out, but if we were late, we probably would have missed that bus.
