The buses stopped running before 5:30 and we were not able to get our tickets to get back to where we wanted to end.

Hi Sarah_D, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're really sorry to learn that you weren't able to use your tickets. Just a heads up, during the last operational hour, our drivers might complete their shifts and not return to the starting stop, but you're welcome to ask them. Only the final bus of the day will head back to stop 1. If you find yourself unable to use your tickets, please reach out to us for assistance. We look forward to having you on one of our buses soon!

The view from the top allowed us to see so many details of the city that you might miss if you are walking or driving. The variety of architecture and history was fascinating.
