Text communication before arrival, easy to locate with text communication after baggage claim, safe driver, and delivered to front door of hotel. Great job

This airport is really crummy! All the roads around it are a convoluted mess. If you need gas to fill up your rental car you better search for one on Goggle or you'll never find it. The car rental shuttles were also way overloaded at several locations and people were walking to terminals with their luggage. There were no sidewalks and people were dragging their luggage across the roadways without crosswalks. At the hotel shuttle pick up area there was only 1 bench for people to sit and it was occupied by two smokers! I'm going to try to avoid ever coming to this airport again!

The philly airport was accommodating as I had recent surgery and they had a wheelchair available for me and personnel to take me to my desitinatiin. The departure was on time and everyone that worked with us was acclamations and friendly. Thank you!
