Our tour started early and I was left behind even though the guide knew I was parking on site and would be right there, he told me my paid for plushie was out of stock but I wouldn't get a refund. Then he told us there were only 2 stops that night on the tour even though I paid for the extended tour. The guide was so awful we left 10 minutes in. Would like a refund, frankly.
