What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

It was very boring, we walked to four different locations the tour guide told a few stories. Not what I was expecting, I thought we might have walked into some of the buildings etc.

The tour guide was nice and informative. But, the stories need to be more concise and not so long winded. Maybe told in a way that held the groups attention more. Told in story from rather than just a list of facts. We left the tour early.

The history and the stories told where great. However the guide walks really fast and jaywalks making it hard to keep up and caused the group to become broken up. The extended was awful, not for the stories again but for the route taken. There was a literally drug needle on the ground, empty liquor bottles, a homeless man came over and asked for a light and then a lady who was on something quickly approached the group then turned and wondered if into the rain. The stories were cool, but for everything else I wouldn't do it again. The guide was so far up in the front I don't think he even realised half of what was going on. But for someone who recently had foot surgery and can walk but not speed walk I was a little freaked out bringing up the tailend of the group by myself in the dodgey part.
