What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

This was the most boring tour that I have ever been on. I have been on quite a few including another ghost tour in Georgia. Our guide seemed unsure about the details of a lot of the stories and couldn't answer any of the guests questions. We found ourselves counting down the stops we had left because we were ready to go but didn't want to waste our money. A couple that was with us disappeared well before the end of the regular tour even though they paid for extra stops. The guide had been a little rude to them for being ten minutes late earlier. At the end of the normal tour we were saying goodbye to the other couple who were left to finish the extended tour, when the guide aggressively mentioned tips are appreciated. I normally tip tour guides, I didn't want to tip him but sister begrudgingly did. The only thing I can say positive about going on the tour is that I found some bars and a speakeasy that I plan to visit on the next visit.

It was my first time in Phoenix and I just thought this tour would be better than it was. Seeing the haunted houses was interesting but other than that I'm not sure about our tour guide.

Guide pontificated too much, not as objective as was needed. Group was of educated adults, not children. misread group
